Lisa Speller is a seasoned leader in government affairs, business development, and community engagement. 

Under her leadership, The Speller Consulting Group has earned recognition from prestigious institutions such as Goldman Sachs' 10k Small Businesses program, underscoring the firm's excellence in delivering impactful results.

Lisa's career is marked by significant achievements, including her role as Vice President of Government Affairs and Community Relations at Colonial Downs Group/Peninsula Pacific. There, she spearheaded strategic partnerships and drove business development initiatives that set new industry standards.

Her commitment to public service is equally impressive. As an Advisor to the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professions, Lisa played a key role in the Governor's Health Equity Steering Committee, advocating for inclusive health policies. 

Additionally, she served as Senior Policy Advisor to the Mayor of Richmond, where she focused on enhancing public safety and strengthening community ties.

Lisa's expertise extends to the healthcare sector, where she has held pivotal roles in leading organizations like Anthem and Humana, driving community outreach and business development efforts. 

Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and she is a Registered Nurse. Her unique blend of healthcare knowledge, policy experience, and business acumen makes her a formidable advocate for her clients.
